From its founding, Bothell has been a riverfront community of tenacious people, with great vision and entrepreneurial mindset. In recent years, the people of Bothell determined it was time to re-invent their downtown. They wanted to create a place that truly reflected the values and fabric of their community, both for current and future generations.

A planning effort was hatched and significant land was purchased to ensure the success of the revitalized downtown. And, in 2010, ground was broken and the downtown vision began to become reality.
